Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2007, I’ve been successfully working with adolescent, teen and adult clients throughout the Raleigh area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.  As a LCMHC Supervisor my goal is to facilitate the growth of Counselors beginning their professional journey.
